AUTODESK - MUDBOX
General description
This two-day training introduces all the intermediate techniques of Autodesk Mudbox. These techniques include: object modeling, materials, tools, render filters and lighting with Autodesk Mudbox.
Audience
The course is designed for computer graphics professionals working in various fields such as video games, film and TV, architecture and conceptual design who wish to incorporate 3ds max in their creative process.
Course Objectives
At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:
- Use Autodesk Mudbox interface and its particularities
- Use and create tools and custom tools' selections
- Use and create paintbrushes and stencils
- Create maps in order to apply them on low-res models
- Import and export textures and objects
- Manipulate lighting systems
- Include Autodesk Mudbox to their productions
Prerequisites
Having completed the 3ds Max Essentials training or equivalent knowledge and/or experience.

- Interface and work space
- Tools, paintbrushes and stencils and how to customized them
- Creation, import and export of maps, textures and objects

Course structure
Discussions and presentations of real-life case scenario will allow the group to exchange ideas on the featured concepts. Hands-on exercises will allow the participants to master the tools and exchange their experiences.
