The NAD Centre is located in front of Parc metro station (blue line) and, the old Jean-Talon train station, which used to be Canada's railway center. Today, this historical building houses one of the nicest SAQ flagship stores.
Close by to several important streets such as Saint-Laurent, Saint Denis and Jean-Talon, the NAD Centre is thus extremely well located. The neighbourhood also benefits from a well-established public transportation system.
The NAD centre occupies the entire 3rd floor of 405 Ogilvy Avenue, which represents a 23,000 sq. ft. space. Not far from the centre, is a Loblaws for daily or weekly grocery shopping, a McDonald's, a Tim Horton and several Greek, Indian and Pakistani restaurants. The Jean-Talon market and Little Italy are only fifteen minutes away on foot from the NAD Centre.
