General information
Language
Courses are given in French or in English.
Payment
All training sessions must be paid in advance by credit card, money order or certified check. Unless specified otherwise, pricing is in Canadian currency for Canadian residents and US currency for International participants.
Taxes
Individuals who pay for their training are not required to pay taxes. Canadian companies must pay both Federal taxes (GST) of 7% and the provincial (QST) of 7,5%.
Tax credit eligibility
The NAD Centre is certified by Emploi Québec and the Ministère de l'Éducation. All of our continuing education classes are eligible to the Law 90 for companies or to the personal tax credit for training.
Schedule
Consult the online calendar for upcoming classes and availability. If you are interested in a course that isn't on the schedule, you may contact us to be added to our recall mailing list. For more information about availability for custom and /or on-site training, please contact Corporate Services.
Cancellation
No registration fee is due if you cancel in writing at least ten business days prior to a scheduled course date. If written notification is received between two and nine business days before a course, 25% of the registration fee is due for payment. If you fail to attend a course or if you cancel one business day before the start date, the registration fee in full is due for payment. As a postponement is a cancellation followed by a new registration, the same terms will apply. All cancellations and postponements must be notified in writing. We accept student substitutes at no additional charge until the course start date.
Postponements
Training can be rescheduled if the number of participants is insufficient. In such cases participants will be informed before the beginning of the training.
Diploma
The NAD Centre reserves the right not to issue a certificate of completion if a participant doesn't meet the minimum learning requirements.
