General description
Developed for advertising, media and new media professionals, this seminar deals with digital content production project management for the film, television and electronic entertainment industries. Animation, modeling, compositing, integration, motion capture, matte painting, etc; these are all concepts and processes that bare a great impact on any given production budget.
Audience
This class is designed for team leaders, coordinators as well as 3D artists.
Course Objectives
By the end of the seminar, the participant will be able to effectively manage and coordinate pipeline milestones, teams and to advise the client along the creative and technical processes of a digital content creation project.
Prerequisites
Participants must be in the creative industry and have had at least one year of experience working in team, preferably as a project manager, coordinator, or team leader.
Course Themes
This seminar features the general steps in 3D productions, special effects in cinema, the video game standards and project management.
Course Structure
Discussions and presentations of real-life case scenario will allow the group to exchange ideas on the featured concepts. Hands-on exercises will allow the participants to master the tools and exchange their experiences.
