COLORIZATION
Film colorization technique
General description
This training covers the different parts of film colorization, from complex project ingestion, originating from a non-linear editing system to its completion. This class will provide necessary tools to work on any film colorization station or film editing system.
Audience
The course is designed for professionals wishing to learn more about film colorization, whether they are in the video game, film and television, architecture or design industries.
Course Objective
At the end of his training, the participant will be able to :
- Master the colorization techniques
- Understand postproduction methods
- Understand color harmonics
Prerequisites
Participants must have an exhaustive experience in postproduction.
Course Themes
This session features additive color system, the physical and digital characteristics of an image, color harmonics, colorization methods.
Course structure
Discussions and presentations of real-life case scenario will allow the group to exchange ideas on the featured concepts. Hands-on exercises will allow the participants to master the tools and exchange their experiences.
